End to end management of projects from product conceptualization and visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects.

• Ascertaining needs and developing graphic directions, concepts and specifications; communicating style and guidelines to designing team to deliver consistent, high-quality work.
•  Allocating resources among team members and guiding team members during the project, till final delivery.
• Reviewing the product at various stages to ensure all quanty standards are being met and rectify technical errors if any, in the product.
